Justin B. Carangelo has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Justin B. currently holds the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Revenue & Technology Operations at Envision Healthcare, where they lead a team of professionals working in revenue cycle management operations, payor litigation, managed care contracting, and dispute resolution. Prior to this, they served as Senior Managed Care Counsel at HCA, where they negotiated and implemented multi-billion dollar managed care deals. Justin B. also held the role of Deputy General Counsel at MVP Health Care, overseeing legal counsel and business advisory for a multi-state health plan. Earlier in their career, they worked as Associate Counsel at Capital District Physicians' Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP) and as Of Counsel at Rosenblum, Ronan, Kessler & Sarachan, focusing on medical malpractice and personal injury actions.
