Katie Kaczmarek is a seasoned healthcare consultant with extensive experience in revenue cycle strategy and implementation. Currently serving as the Director of Out of Network Strategy at Envision Healthcare since October 2021, Katie previously held the position of Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, where significant contributions included the development of revenue cycle sales proposals and comprehensive revenue realization plans, generating over $10 million in client benefits. Prior roles at Navigant and Huron Consulting Group involved driving revenue improvement initiatives and enhancing cash recovery strategies, demonstrating a strong capability in managing complex project engagements.
