Loretta Cecil

Loretta Cecil currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Envision Healthcare, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Loretta Cecil was the EVP & General Counsel at Change Healthcare from March 2017 to October 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at McKesson Corporation from July 2006 to February 2017, where Loretta Cecil held three SVP-level positions: Governance Relations, Public Affairs, and General Counsel of McKesson Technology Solutions. Additionally, Loretta Cecil served as Law Vice President and Chief Counsel, Ethics & Compliance Officer at NCR Corporation from November 2003 to June 2006. Earlier in the career, Loretta Cecil led the Telecommunications Practice Group and Georgia Government Relations Practice Group at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP from January 2002 to November 2003, and began the in-house legal career at AT&T in 1984, rising through various attorney positions until December 2001. Loretta Cecil earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
