Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of Service Excellence, People Services and Operations at Envision Healthcare since November 2021. Johnson has held various senior roles in human resources, including Senior Director and Director of People and Culture focused on teammate relations at the same company. Prior to this, Johnson was a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at Envision Physician Services and worked at Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc., EmCare, Lowe's Home Improvement, Sears Holdings Corporation, and SonPro Landscaping in several human resource capacities. Johnson holds an MBA with a concentration in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Phoenix, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution, completed in 2012.
