Nancy Keezer

Nancy Keezer is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in customer support and IT operations. Since August 2010, Nancy has served as a Customer Care Supervisor and Customer Support Technician Leader at EnvisionWare, Inc., focusing on troubleshooting software and hardware to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, from January 1999 to April 2010, Nancy worked at Gwinnett County Public Library in various capacities, including Network Administrator and IT Operations Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing operating systems, supporting software implementations, maintaining SQL databases, and monitoring network security.
