Carl Lafrate

Carl LaFrate is the Lead Global Food Loss Investigator at Envista Forensics, where Carl conducts large food loss investigations for top insurance carriers. With decades of experience in the food safety industry, Carl has also served as the President of ProCheck Food Safety Consultants, providing consultation to various clients. Prior to that, Carl worked as a Sr. Food Safety Consultant at ASI Food Safety Consultants and as a Quality Assurance Manager at Dairylea Cooperative, Inc. Carl earned their BS in Microbiology from Syracuse University.
