Dimitrios Karas

Dimitrios Karas has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical and controls engineering. Dimitrios is currently working as an Electrical Engineer at enVista since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at HCM Systems for five years from May 2016 to June 2021, also as an Electrical Engineer. Before that, they worked at Southlake Automation, Inc. as a Controls Engineer from January 2015 to April 2016. Dimitrios also has experience at Harman International, where they worked as a Sr. Electronics Engineer in the Luxury Audio division in 2012. Dimitrios also held the role of Sr. Electronics Engineer at Harman International's JBL Professional division from 2011 to 2012, and as an Electronics Engineer from 2000 to 2011.

Dimitrios Karas pursued their education at Purdue University Calumet, College of Technology from 2014 to 2015. During this time, they obtained PMMI Certifications in Mechanical Components, Industrial Electricity I & II, and PLC's. Later, they attended Purdue University where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
