Heather Turner

Heather Turner is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Envista Holdings Corporation since October 2019, Turner previously held the position of Senior Associate General Counsel at Griffin Capital Company, LLC from May 2016 to October 2019, focusing on public securities offerings and legal compliance for sponsored public companies. Prior to this, Turner was Senior Counsel at BRL Law Group LLC for over a decade, representing public companies in corporate finance transactions and advising on SEC regulations. Turner began their legal career as a Corporate Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel from October 2001 to June 2005, after completing a J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center (2001) and earning a B.A. in Psychology from Oklahoma State University (1998).
