Paul Sumilas

Paul Sumilas has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Paul is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Envista Holdings Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Zimmer Biomet as the Vice President, Global Compliance Monitoring & Audit, and later as the Vice President, Compliance Officer, & Senior Legal Counsel, APAC from 2019 to 2023. Before joining Zimmer Biomet, they were associated with Norton Rose Fulbright as Of Counsel from 2016 to 2019 and as a Senior Associate from 2011 to 2016. Paul also worked at White & Case LLP as an Associate from 2007 to 2010. Their early career includes roles such as a Paralegal at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP in 2003 and a Research Associate at CEB from 2001 to 2002.

Paul Sumilas attended Georgetown University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Paul then pursued further education at William & Mary Law School from 2003 to 2007, obtaining a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Additionally, during the same period, they also attended William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
