Brittany Vandergraff

Brittany Vandergraff is a Strategic Manager for Business Transformation at Envita Solutions, specializing in organizational change management and enterprise project implementation since September 2023. Previously, Brittany held various roles at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) from 2017 to 2023, including Strategy Integration Analyst II, where goals for strategic priorities were defined, as well as Customer Experience Analyst positions focused on improving processes and analyzing customer experience data. In addition, Brittany owned a franchise of Anytime Fitness, managed office operations at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, and served as an Executive Office Administrator at The Hope Source. Brittany started a career in finance as an Accounts Receivables Manager at 360 Services after graduating from Ball State University in 2010.
