Additionally, Damon contributed as a Fundraising Volunteer for The Nature Conservancy and served on the board of MUD CREEK CONSERVANCY INC, focusing on environmental conservation efforts. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Forensic Science from Michigan State University and a Master's in Public Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis.
