Jonathan Ratliff

Jonathan Ratliff is a seasoned project manager and engineer with extensive experience in carbon capture, process engineering, and polymer development. Currently serving as Project Manager for Carbon Capture at FuelCell Energy since March 2022, Jonathan previously held positions as Staff Project Engineer and Process Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as Development Engineer at Eastman, where Jonathan led engineering for a specialty polymer line and managed critical experiments. Additional roles at Eastman involved process improvement and optimization initiatives. Jonathan also interned at Cummins Inc., focusing on battery technology, and was a student athlete at Florida State University, where a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering was earned.
