Nicole Goodnight

Nicole Goodnight is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as Senior Director of People & Culture at Envita Solutions since March 2022, Nicole previously held the position of Director of People + Culture. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Heritage Group from March 2020 to March 2022 and a long tenure at Republic Services from May 2002 to 2020, where various roles included Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner across multiple regions. Early in Nicole's career, roles included HR Generalist at Hunter Douglas Window Fashions from 1997 to 2002. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
