Michelle Green

Michelle Green currently serves as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Manager of Human Resources at West Basin Municipal Water District from September 2010 to March 2023, overseeing a comprehensive range of services including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and training. Michelle began the professional career as an Employee Relations Analyst at Los Angeles County's Chief Administrative Office from 2000 to 2001. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, earned between 1986 and 1991.
