Rowena Cowan

Rowena Cowan has a strong background in human resources and people management. Rowena most recently held the position of People & Culture Director at Envitia since May 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at STR Global and CoStar Group from January 2016 to March 2023. Rowena also served as a Partner at Abbiss Cadres LLP from October 2014 to November 2015. Prior to that, Rowena held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Mycom, BlackRock, Kaplan International Colleges, Black Rock Asset Management, Shadbolt LLP, and Actix. Their experience spans from 2006 to present, and they have consistently demonstrated their expertise in managing HR functions and developing organizational culture.

Rowena Cowan earned their M Sc degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1980 and 1981.
