Lynn Bonitor

Lynn Bonitor is an experienced professional in venture building, program management, and customer operations with a focus on sustainable business practices. Currently serving as a Venture Builder at Enviu since March 2021, Lynn ideates and scales companies that promote circular economy and positive social impact. Prior to this role, Lynn worked as a Program Manager at EldoHub, overseeing programs aimed at enhancing digital literacy among women and connecting tech talent with startups. Lynn’s background includes positions such as Operations Manager at NUMI, where sales volume growth was achieved, and Team Lead for East Africa at Bolt, where Lynn pioneered customer service initiatives. Lynn co-founded Ngoliba Manor, an agribusiness, and has extensive experience in client management and sales through roles at Jubilee Insurance and Orchid Capital Ventures Limited. Lynn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a specialization in Finance from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
