Tabitha Njuguna

Tabitha Njuguna is a seasoned professional in the agricultural and development sectors, currently serving as a Venture Builder at Enviu since August 2025, where the focus is on pioneering regenerative agriculture for smallholder farmers in Kenya through a venture called Halisigro. Prior experience includes the role of Managing Director at AFEX from June 2021 to June 2025, where operations were established in Kenya, benefiting 40,000 farmers across three counties. Tabitha has also held positions such as Manager for the Partnership Coordination Unit at Solidaridad Network, overseeing a €53M fund, and multiple roles at KPMG, including Projects & Grants Manager, working on significant funds and ensuring compliance with international standards. Tabitha holds an MSc in Agricultural Economics from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance from Moi University.
