Alon Rapaport

Alon serves on ENvizion’s board or directors. He is the owner of boutique law firm Rapaport & Co., which he founded in 2001. He serves as legal counselor for Sapiens International Corp., a leading developer of insurance software; as well as representing other multinational companies.

As part of his work at Rapaport & Co., Alon was legal counselor for IDIT IDI Technologies Ltd., later acquired by Sapiens. Prior to this, he served as legal counselor for SintecMedia, which develops broadcasting management solutions.

Alon brings over 20 years of legal and commercial experience in international markets, assisting companies with complex, large-scale transactions and international expansion.

Before founding his own firm, Alon worked at M. Firon & Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms. He holds an LLB from the Israeli College of Management Law School, and has graduated the directors training program at Tel Aviv University’s Lahav School. He has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999.
