Ismail Abdi has a strong background in operations management, currently serving as Head of Operations at Envoi since January 2019, after progressing through roles such as Senior Operations Manager and Operations Lead within the same company. Additionally, Ismail contributed to Techstars Toronto 2019 as Operations Lead at Envoi for a brief period in early 2019.
