Angela Knox, CAM, CAPS

Angela Knox, CAM, CAPS has over six years of work experience in the property management industry. Angela started their career in 2008 as a Maintenance Manager/ Payroll Clerk at Cornerstone Management, where they were responsible for all aspects of maintenance service for sixteen properties. In 2009, they joined Inverness Apartment Homes as an Assistant Manager and later became the Community Manager, overseeing 208 residential units. Angela then worked at the City of Montgomery as an Accounting Clerk, where they handled business licenses, tax accounts, and customer inquiries. Angela then joined the Montgomery Housing Authority as an Assistant Property Manager, monitoring fiscal and occupancy status of multiple housing communities. Since 2014, Angela has been working at Envolve LLC, first as a Property Manager responsible for an 80-unit tax credit / HUD property, and currently as a Compliance Monitor for various program types including HUD Project Based Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Throughout their career, Angela has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to make informative decisions, and a commitment to maintaining safe and well-maintained properties.

Angela Knox, CAM, CAPS, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from both The University of Alabama and Stillman College. Angela obtained their CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification from the National Apartment Association in July 2014. In April 2016, Angela obtained their CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) certification from the same institution. Additionally, they hold a Notary Public certification obtained from the Secretary of State in August 2015.
