Bethany Nichols

Bethany Nichols, PTA, RAC-CT, RAC-CTA, currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Risk Management at Nexus Therapy Management since October 2022. Previous experience includes a tenure at Century Rehabilitation from July 2011 to June 2022 as the Director of Medical Review, where a high success rate of 95% - 98% for overturned claims was achieved. Early career roles included positions as PRN Physical Therapist Assistant at Rehab Pro and Consonus Healthcare, along with serving as a Medical Review Specialist at Fundamental, where responsibilities encompassed planning and tracking Medical Review claims and appeals. Bethany's experience also includes work as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Interim Director of Rehabilitation at Garden Terrace Healthcare Center. Bethany earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Tarrant County College between 2005 and 2008.
