Prior to this role, Will held the position of Controller at Daycon Products Co., where responsibilities encompassed the Finance and Accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting. Will's extensive experience in advisory services at KPMG involved risk transformation and compliance with SOX/COSO regulations. Previous roles also include senior positions at The Siegfried Group and Deloitte & Touche LLP, focusing on audit and enterprise risk services. Will began the career as a proposal assistant and has supported project management in real estate development. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University.
