Neil Pettican

Neil Pettican is a seasoned commercial leader with extensive experience in the EMEA region, currently serving as Commercial Excellence Manager at Envu since October 2022. Previously, Neil held a similar role at Bayer from June 2014 to October 2022, overseeing the Environmental Science business and leading sales efforts in various market segments. Neil's career at Bayer also included positions such as Head of Sales and Portfolio Manager for Turf and Ornamentals, alongside responsibilities as a National Account Manager. Prior to Bayer, Neil was a Distributor Sales Manager and Regional Manager at Barenbrug, where responsibilities included budget management and strategic business development. Neil holds multiple qualifications, including a Master of Science in Sports Surface Technology and various BASIS certificates in Crop Protection, complementing a strong academic foundation from Cranfield School of Management and Myerscough College.
