Jason Riemersma has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jason began their career in 2004 at Dake, where they served as the Operations Manager and later became the General Manager. During their time at Dake, Jason was responsible for various aspects of the business, including manufacturing, materials, customer service, human resources, safety, and facilities management. Jason oversaw new product development initiatives and played a crucial role in improving business performance through continuous improvement and change management. Jason also managed Dake Corporation's Foundry Business in Tianjin, China, ensuring financial performance and business compliance. In 2011, they took on the role of General Manager at Dake OEM Furniture, leading commercial sales and account management activities for a Tier 1 contract furniture business. Following their tenure at Dake, Jason joined Clean Logix LLC as the General Manager, where they provided business leadership and organizational structure, resulting in significant revenue growth. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations at Enwork.

Jason Riemersma earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Michigan State University, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. Jason then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Michigan State University from 2004 to 2005.
