Dileep Viswanath is a Chief Executive Officer who is relied upon by energy and water companies to deliver the desired outcomes for their strategic change initiatives.

He believes in creating passionate teams who can deliver the outcomes expected by customers, resolve the challenges faced by the energy and water sectors they represent, and build long-term trusted partnerships.

These principles have helped Dileep become the go-to-person for a number of CEOs of power, gas and water utilities across UK and Australia.

Dileep is a founding member of Enzen and has played an instrumental role in building Enzen's business in the UK and internationally. He has broad executive experience managing senior client relationships, developing businesses and delivering large transformational programmes for clients.

Now as the CEO of Enzen Australia, he is focused on building the Enzen business in the Australasia region. He is especially passionate about providing mentoring and growth opportunities for young talent in the sector.

An alumnus of London Business School, Dileep also has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Calicut, India.
