Louise Carter

An accomplished and versatile HR professional, Louise has overseen HR operations for internationally-renowned automotive brands including Bentley, BMW, MG Rover and SAIC Motor.

Her diverse skillset includes organisation planning and development, employee engagement, recruitment, culture change, employee relations, TUPE and developing the workplaces of the future.

A qualified CIPD practitioner and Business and Finance graduate, Louise is also a yellow belt in 6 Sigma and has studied innovation and organisational leadership under the Stanford Continuing Studies programme.
