Joanna Kasmir

Joanna Kasmir is an experienced Talent Transformation Consultant currently working at enzi.uk since May 2020. Previously, Joanna held several leadership roles, including Global Head of Talent at Zenitech from March 2022 to March 2023, and Global Talent Acquisition at Attraqt from May 2021 to March 2022. With a rich background in talent management, Joanna served as Talent Director at iClimb (Samuel Ross Group) and Talent Acquisition Director at TMP & Associates Ltd. Prior to this, Joanna worked in project management and professional services sales at Infor and e-Cocoon Ltd, and held various project management roles at Siemens IT Solutions and Services, including significant projects for clients such as the BBC and KPMG. Joanna began a career in journalism as a freelance copywriter and broadcast journalist for notable organizations such as the BBC and Sky News, after earning a degree in Journalism, Broadcast from the University of Central Lancashire.
