Antonio Esparza Rodriguez has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Research Engineer at Purdue University. In this role, they developed a method of encapsulating drugs for patients with chronic diseases, researched and developed new drug mixing methods, and implemented processes of innovation and engineering for the pharmaceutical industry. In 2012, they became a Research Intern at ITESM Campus Monterrey, where they produced and purified Acetic Acid through microprocesses, and researched and developed a whitening cream through microprocesses. In 2014, they were a Key Account Manager at Grupo Tristars, where they managed order flow for national and international customers, coordinated key accounts in the areas of Research, Quality, Commercial, and Production, and analyzed sales trends and projections in different food segments. In 2015, they were a Production Manager at Corp Sierra Madre, where they were responsible for daily strategic production planning, followed indicators, goals, and production rejections, and had a program for supervising and auditing operators. Finally, in 2016, they became the Latin America Engineering Manager at EDT-Enzymatic Deinking Technologies, LLC, where they led technical tests for deinking, resistance, and repulping processes in pulp and paper plants, was responsible for weekly quality control and process monitoring in the chemical industry for LATAM customers, and tracked orders, purchase orders, and shipments.
Antonio Esparza Rodriguez completed a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Environmental, cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulations from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2013.
