Jennifer Lee

Jennifer Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and oncology development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Elevar Therapeutics and a board member at Enzyme by Design and How Women Lead, Jennifer has held numerous leadership roles in various organizations, including Radius Health, Neugenica, Iovance Biotherapeutics, Gilead Sciences, and Astellas Pharma. With a strong background in clinical research, oncology, and digital technologies, Jennifer has been a keynote speaker and panelist at multiple industry conferences, sharing insights on topics such as decentralization, clinical trial innovations, and effective team building. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Research and Regulatory Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Chicago.
