Rainer Wardenga

Rainer Wardenga has over 13 years of experience in business development and scientific leadership at Enzymicals AG, where Rainer has served as Chief Scientific Officer and Board Member for Research and Development since July 2010. Prior to this role, Rainer worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher from October 2005 to June 2010 at Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universität Greifswald, focusing on the practical implementation of scientific findings into technical products and procedures, as well as developing the business plan for Enzymicals AG. Rainer also completed a doctoral study involving the recombinant expression and design of aminoacylase 1, graduating summa cum laude. Rainer holds a Diplom degree in Biology from Universität Greifswald, specializing in microbial ecology, applied microbiology, biotechnology, and computer science.
