Charlie Tomlinson

Charlie Tomlinson serves as the General Counsel at EO Charging since September 2024. Prior to this role, Charlie held the position of Chief Commercial and Legal Officer at both evyve Charging Network and EVY Infrastructure Partners from January 2022 to September 2024 and January 2021 to September 2024, respectively. Charlie was a Consultant and Partner, Head of Construction, Engineering and Energy at Kuits from July 2019 to September 2023. Furthermore, Charlie served as Head of Commercial Law and Contract Management and Head of Construction Law at Pennon Group Plc from September 2016 to March 2021. Charlie's earlier experience includes serving as Strategic Lead and Head of Commercial Legal for Manchester City Council from April 2015 to September 2016 and as National Head of Construction and Engineering at Weightmans from December 1996 to April 2015. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from UCL and further studies at The University of Law.
