Trevor R Atkinson

Trevor R Atkinson has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry, spanning over two decades. Trevor R currently works at Eocycle as a Projects Development Manager, where they oversee the entire process of project development, including permits, construction, installation, training, and after-sale technical support. Prior to this, Trevor held various roles at Northern Power Systems, including Technical Support Sales Manager, Wind & PCS/BESS, Americas, Systems Application Engineer, where they were responsible for sales, project management, and wind site energy assessments. Trevor R also served as a Product Manager, Application/Sales Engineer, Regional Director/Sales Manager, and Applications Engineer during their time at Northern Power Systems. Trevor also worked as an Adjunct Professor at VTC, where they taught the Wind Energy Course and conducted field trips to industry vendors and installed turbines. Trevor R started their career as a Service Tech/Field Engineer at Thimeg and later worked as an R&D Engineering Scientist at Diffraction LTD. Throughout their career, Trevor has gained expertise in project management, technical support, sales, and renewable energy systems.

Trevor R Atkinson pursued their education in the field of engineering and technology. From 1982 to 1985, they attended Vermont Technical College, where they obtained their Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Following this, from 1990 to 1992, they enrolled at UVM and studied Solar Energy Technology/Technician/System Design, along with advanced math coursework. Trevor R Atkinson also acquired a certification in Safe Tower Climbing and Rescue in January 2013.
