Joe Guiliano

As Chief Financial Officer of Acuity International, Joe is responsible for ensuring all company operations align to the financial plan including go-to-market, delivery, governance and controls, and expense strategies. He ensures compliance with the local and international laws and regulations that govern all Acuity lines of business. With 18 years of experience in financial planning, audit, controllership, business partnership, and supply chain management, Joe is a business partner to Acuity’s product delivery and functional leaders.

Prior to joining Acuity, Joe led numerous finance and operations teams at Dell Technologies. Most recently, he led the finance organization at Dell focused on the top 120 accounts within the company. He established and operated all of the financial and operational processes behind this $11.2+ billion-dollar business with a charter to expand Dell’s footprint within Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 customers. During this time, the business he supported grew at twice the rate as the rest of Dell’s strategic business units.

Joe is passionate about process improvement and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He earned the Eagle Scout award in Boy Scouts of America, an interest that has led to his participation in assisting children and young adults with developing values that can help them throughout their lives.

Joe holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance from Bentley University.
