Cynthia Lawson

Cynthia Lawson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Director at EOG Resources since February 2007, where Cynthia Lawson, has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Human Resources Operations and Division Human Resources Manager. Prior to EOG Resources, Cynthia was a Senior Employee Relations Representative at United Space Alliance and a Regional People Services Manager at Alliance Residential Management. Cynthia began her career at Satake USA Inc. as a Senior HR Coordinator. Cynthia holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University and furthered education at Cornell University ILR School from 2018 to 2019.
