Rachael Smith is a Senior Completions Engineer at EOG Resources, a position held since June 2020, and has progressed through various roles, including Completions Engineer II and Engineer I. Rachael initially joined EOG Resources as a Completions Intern in the summer of 2019, where responsibilities included performing cost analysis on e-frac fleets. Prior experiences include serving as a Production Field Intern at EOG Resources in 2018 and at Newfield Exploration in 2017, gaining hands-on knowledge in natural gas production and field operations in the Arkoma Basin. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, expected to graduate in September 2024.
