Rachel Varma

Rachel Varma currently serves as a Recruiter I at EOG Resources, focusing on innovative talent acquisition strategies and fostering relationships with hiring managers. Prior experience includes a role as an HRIS specialist at EOG Resources, where data analysis and process automation were key responsibilities. Rachel also held a Talent Acquisition Intern position at Talen Energy, engaging in recruitment data analysis. Earlier, Rachel gained valuable teaching experience as a Kindergarten Assistant Teacher at Flint Hill School and as a Summer School Teacher at both the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy and Cambridge Friends School.
