Monica Mosqueda

Monica Mosqueda has a diverse range of work experience. Monica started their career as a Customer Service Representative at TeleTech Mexico's Sprint-Nextel campaign in 2006. Monica then worked as a Researcher at IIPE Executive Research & Search in 2008, where they built and maintained relationships with clients and actively searched for suitable candidates.

In 2011, Monica became a Waitress at Cafe Pacifico, where they provided personalized, friendly service to customers and maintained extensive knowledge of the menu and specials. Monica then joined LOLA Staffing in 2013 as a Hostess and Promotions employee, working at various events and ensuring guest satisfaction.

From 2013 to 2021, Monica worked as the Founder and Designer of Maria Sabina. In this role, they designed the brand identity, visuals, and food packaging, and restructured the kitchen workflow, resulting in an 80% increase in sales. Monica also trained as a chef to better understand the needs of the business.

Monica also gained experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer, collaborating with stakeholders to develop brand identities and creating logo concepts, banners, and marketing materials.

In 2021, Monica joined Eolas Medical as a Junior UX/UI Designer, where they conducted analysis and re-designed the user authentication flow and educational portal. Monica also created a high-fidelity prototype for testing and assisted with UI design for the mobile app tablet. Monica then moved on to work at Huel in 2022, initially as a Junior UX/UI Designer before being promoted to a UX/UI Designer. Monica continued in this role until 2023.

Monica's most recent work experience is with Eolas Medical, where they currently hold the position of UX/UI Designer, starting in 2023.

Monica Mosqueda has a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, which they obtained in October 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial Design from Universidad La Salle Bajío, which they completed between 2004 and 2007.
