Peg Rey-Senese

Peg Rey-Senese has over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources and related roles. Peg began their career in 2000 as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, Benefits Manager, and Senior Employment Litigation Paralegal at Federal Signal Corporation. In this role, they managed the full-life cycle recruiting process, developed and implemented strategic recruiting plans, and consulted with hiring managers. In 2012, they moved to Marketstaff Inc. as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for all people-based activities within multiple organizations, from both an operational and strategic perspective. Peg then moved to Eon Clinics in 2018 where they currently serve as the Director of Human Resources.

Peg Rey-Senese began their education in 1971 at Driscoll Catholic, where they earned their High School diploma in 1975. Peg then went on to Benedictine University and obtained a BA/Lit and Communications in Literature and Communications in 1979. In 2009, they completed a PHR Certification at Northern Illinois University in Human Resources. Finally, in 2010, they obtained their PHR from the HR Certification Institute in Human Resources.
