Emad al-Mikhi

Emad Al-Mikhi’s work experience includes roles in various companies. From March 2022, they have been the Head of Transformation, People & Culture/HR Director at Eon Dental. Prior to this, they worked at EY from November 2019 to February 2022, serving as a Lead Talent Consultant and later as a People Advisory Services Manager. Before that, they held several roles at Arab Bank, starting as an International Recruitment Officer in June 2011, then progressing to become a Senior International Talent, Learning & Development Officer and eventually an HR Business Partner from March 2016 to October 2019.

Emad Al-Mikhi obtained an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Newport, from 2008 to 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM™) from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management, and the Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi™) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2014.
