Shaima Hadid has a diverse range of work experience. Shaima joined Eon Dental in December 2020 as the Head of Customer Success. Prior to that, they worked at I See Media as a Communications Officer from September 2019 to September 2020. From October 2018 to September 2019, they held the position of Communications Associate at UNDP. Shaima also worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at DLX from August to October 2018. Before that, they were a Marketing Associate at RedThread. from October 2017 to January 2018. Their earliest work experience was as a Social Media Strategist at Newthink from May to September 2016, where they were responsible for creating infographics, working on thumbnails for YouTube videos, and editing and photoshopping images.

Shaima Hadid completed their International Baccalaureate at the International Academy- Amman from 2003 to 2013. Shaima then pursued a degree in Digital Media in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Leeds from 2015 to 2017. Shaima furthered their education by obtaining an MS in Media Management, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia, at The New School from 2017 to 2019.
