Fern Coombes is an experienced professional with a robust background in debt management, customer service transformation, and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Debt Management for E.ON UK since June 2007, Fern is responsible for overseeing the Debt strategy and operational leadership of a substantial debt collection function. Notable achievements include a significant reduction in debt post-pandemic, leading a highly effective team, and contributing to the company’s customer service strategy. Fern's prior roles at E.ON UK encompass spearheading change initiatives and project delivery in various capacities, including Business Lead for Residential Transformation and Programme Delivery Manager for Operational Excellence. Earlier experience at Northern Foods includes HR Management and operations roles, complemented by a degree in Psychology and Biology from Aston University.
