Martin Gunawan

Martin Gunawan has extensive experience in operational and strategic management within the chemical industry, currently serving as Director of Operation & Improvement at Eonchemicals Putra since July 2007. In this role, Martin supervises various improvement projects and oversees operations, including factory management, procurement, QHSE, and MIS. Previous positions at Eonchemicals include Director roles focused on business and operations, as well as heading the Support Division, where responsibilities encompassed HR, finance, and administration. Martin's earlier career includes acting as Assistant Manager of Planning & Monitoring at JAPFA Group, where financial and operational performance analysis was conducted for cattle businesses. Martin holds a Master's Degree in Global Production Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and another Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Berlin University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
