Mary Kakoliris

Mary Kakoliris has extensive experience in customer service and brand strategy, currently serving as the Head of Loyalty at EonX since 2015, where prior roles included Program & Operations Director and Brand Strategy Manager. Previously, Mary held positions such as Lead Teller/Customer Service Specialist at Commonwealth Bank and CSO Officer at Delphi Bank. Early career experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Australia Post from 2008 to 2014. Mary holds a Bachelor of Communication in Professional Writing and several qualifications in Retail Management and Business Administration from Victoria University, alongside a foundational education from St. Columbas College.
