Rakhi Shah

Rakhi Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as a Non-Executive Director at DataTech Systems, where they collaborate with the board of directors to shape the company's strategic vision. Prior to this, Rakhi worked as the Chief Product and Engineering Officer at EORI (UK) Limited, where they developed a technology-driven strategy for an automated customs platform.

From 2016 to 2021, Rakhi was a Technology Director at HM Revenue & Customs, leading the transformation of the Customs & International technology organization. Rakhi also played a key role in digitalizing core VAT workflows and influencing global data sharing collaboration.

Earlier in their career, Rakhi worked as a Product Manager at Sky, managing the successful delivery of a flagship program. Rakhi also served as the Director of Technology at Gorkana, where they modernized the media business and drove substantial revenue growth.

Prior to that, Rakhi held positions such as Senior Technical Project Manager at Pearson and Senior Delivery Manager at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). Rakhi also gained experience as a Senior Business Analyst at Cisco, where they conducted in-depth analysis and worked closely with stakeholders to implement solutions aligned with business objectives.

Throughout their career, Rakhi has demonstrated leadership, innovation, and successful project management across various organizations and industries.

Rakhi Shah holds a B. Eng. (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from South Bank University.
