Maggie Brereton

Maggie Brereton is a former Big Four partner, leading the UK Transaction Services business. She has over 20 years of working on transactions for both private equity and corporates, on both sell-side and buy-side. Maggie also led the bid services team, which focused on PLC takeovers and defence. Her clients include GKN, Smiths Group PLC, BAE Systems, UPS, BT, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Ahold and Prudential.
