Gavin Philipp

Gavin Philipp has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Gavin is currently the Vice President of Operations at EOS Hospitality since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President at Raines Company from 2020 to 2023, overseeing the division of WOVEN by Raines, which focuses on boutique and lifestyle hotels. Before that, Gavin held positions at Charlestowne Hotels, serving as the Vice President of Operations from 2018 to 2020, and as the Regional Director of Operations from 2013 to 2018. Gavin also worked at Loews Hotels & Co and Destination Hotels in management roles. With a strong background in the industry, Gavin has experience in operations, human resources, IT, and business development.

Gavin Philipp holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Wheeling University. In 1998, they studied abroad in International Business at the School for International Training. Gavin also obtained a certification as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in 2018.
