Jannik Steinhaus

Jannik Steinhaus is an experienced professional in human resources and project management, currently serving as Teamlead Group HR at EOS Group since April 2023, where Jannik drives international projects related to people, culture, and organization across 25 countries. Previously, Jannik co-founded and worked as a Project Manager at finlit foundation from November 2019 to April 2023, focusing on enhancing financial literacy and preventing over-indebtedness. Jannik's tenure at EOS Gruppe from August 2013 to March 2020 included roles as Consultant and Junior Consultant, contributing to project management and supporting the establishment of an agile IT project. Jannik began the career at EOS Group as a Dualer Student, gaining diverse experience across several departments and participating in a post-merger integration in Switzerland. Jannik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, earned in 2016.
