Hélène Roty

Hélène ROTY has extensive experience in human resources management. Hélène worked as the Chief People Officer at EOS imaging since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Principal HR Business Partner for South Europe at The MathWorks from 2015 to 2019. Hélène also served as the Exalead HR Business Partner at EXALEAD from 2011 to 2015, where they managed the integration of a recently acquired start-up and coordinated recruitment efforts. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Gemalto, where they helped define a new organization after a merger and supported a social plan to reduce headcount. Hélène also worked in various HR roles at Axalto, Schlumberger, and Bull.

Hélène ROTY attended Audencia NANTES from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a field of study in Majeure RH. In 1994, they also briefly attended the University of Ottawa where they studied Business Administration.
