Edward Stromberg

Edward Stromberg III serves as the Chief Legal Officer at EOS Investors LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Edward held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Ellington Management Group from September 2009 to May 2022. Edward also served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at J. & W. Seligman & Co. Incorporated from 2006 to 2009, which was later acquired by Ameriprise Financial. Earlier in Edward's career, roles included Corporate & Securities Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP from 2004 to 2006 and Corporate Associate at Clifford Chance LLP from 2002 to 2003. Edward holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center (1999-2002) and an MBA with specializations in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets & Instruments from NYU Stern School of Business (2008-2011). Edward completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Richmond from 1995 to 1999.
