George Stowers

George Stowers has extensive experience in the design and construction industry. George is currently the Managing Director - Design & Construction at EOS Investors LLC. Previously, they held the position of Managing Director - Residential Division at Sterling Bay. Prior to that, George served as the Executive Vice President of Development & Construction at AJ Capital Partners, where they oversaw multiple development projects and managed a team of over 30 staff members. George also worked as the Vice President of Design & Construction at Strategic Hotels & Resorts, where they were responsible for overseeing capital projects for luxury hotels. Before that, George was the owner and project manager at STOWERS, LLC, where they provided construction advisory services to clients. George began their career as a Project Manager at Faithful+Gould, providing project management services to Fortune 500 clients in the commercial and industrial construction industry. George also gained experience as a Project Engineer and intern at Performance Contracting Group.

George Stowers received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
